To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we may opt to ship your items via Government Registered Parcel.

Our product prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST but exclude Shipping & Delivery costs, which will be charged extra, depending on the weight and volume of your consignment. Polamnunchi™ may at its own discretion, decide to reduce or waive all or part of the Shipping & Delivery Charges, depending on your Order Value.

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order (whichever is later). Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
